The RL-5750 Series consists
of four low profile surface mount package styles. All
are constructed with high temperature UL 94V-O material
allowing compatibility with harsh surface mount environments.
The bobbin’s
12 pin termination points maintain coplanarity during
handling, assembly, and reflow. Operating frequencies
of 10kHz to 250kHz are achieved by utilizing a low
loss ferrite core material. This material makes them
optimal for flyback, forward, push-pull transformers
and inductor designs. The RL-5750 Series uses a fully
automated production process with 100% in-line testing.
Finished products are packed in pick-and-place cartridge
tubes allowing easy handling and quick automated loading.
A large inventory of bobbins and cores ensures prompt
delivery for prototype and production quantities.
