Return Policies
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to quality or workmanship you may return the merchandise within 90 days of delivery. A written authorization, called an "RMA" (Returns Materials Authorization Number), must be issued by Renco's quality assurance department, otherwise the product will not be accepted for return.

Custom products are noncancelable and nonreturnable. Standard catalog items are cancelable if you pay us our reasonable cancellation charges and/or our 20% restocking charges on demand. Sixty (60) days notice is required to accommodate any cancellations. All standard products that are scheduled to ship within 60 days are frozen and may not be canceled.
Products which are found to be defective, will be repaired, replaced, or money refunded at Renco's discretion. |
